What type of school is Bedfont?
We are a two/three-form entry community Primary School with a total of 19 classes from Reception through Year 6. We also have a two-year old morning nursery provision (Pufflings) and a full-time three and four-year old nursery provision (Ducklings) on site. Our students enjoy the benefits of being at one school for their primary years:
- No change of school after Year 2
- Younger children learn from older children (for example through our reading buddies programme)
- Older children have an opportunity to mentor and lead at the school.
- Siblings are together from Nursery to Year 6 (one drop/pickup for parents!)
What is the catchment area?
Whilst we primarily serve families from the Bedfont, Feltham and Hanworth areas, admissions to London Borough of Hounslow are managed by the borough and we welcome families from across and around Hounslow.
