We hope you are all keeping well and safe, and that you find these activities fun and enjoyable to do at home together! The activities follow our planning and topic work.
Please complete the weekly bank of activities which we will post onto the website for you with any relevant links or activity sheets. You can take a photo or a video of your child completing the activities and put them on to Tapestry for us to see with a short description. We will continually add to these so watch out for resources!
This half term our theme has been “Are Eggs Alive?” During the term we have explored how plants grow and read the story Jack and The Beanstalk. We have begun to explore the life cycle of a caterpillar, and been watching our live caterpillars grow and change. There are activities available which continue to support this learning as well as ‘Animals’ and ‘Easter’, along with maths and literacy development. This will finish off the topic for this half term.
Even though we are not at school, we will still try and video our caterpillars and put them onto Tapestry so you can see the change and talk about it with your child! Stay tuned!
Please also see the activities on how to stay active and healthy at home, as well as the sheet with websites for other online activities.
Have a look at the suggested bank of home activities and have some fun together!
